Applying eggplant juice regularly can help in lightening sun spots and pigmentation significantly.
Take about 2 tablespoons eggplant juice and add a few drops of lemon and orange essential oils to it. Dab a large cotton ball and apply evenly to clean face and neck. Keep the juice on until it dries off completely. Wash off with cold water and pat dry.
Do this at least once a day for best results. It is recommended that you do it in the night as lemon and orange essential oils sensitize the skin to the sun's rays for a couple of hours.
Eggplant Face Pack
Take a small bowl and mix together 2 tablespoons gram flour, 1 teaspoon eggplant pulp, 1/2 teaspoon honey and 2-3 drops of fresh lime juice. Stir in enough eggplant juice to form a smooth and thick paste.
Apply the mixture evenly to face and neck. Keep the pack for about 25-30 minutes and then remove by massaging in gentle circular movements with damp fingers. Wash off with warm water and pat dry.
